Mindfulness Teacher Liliana Paraipan

Liliana is a Qualified Mindfulness (MBSR) Teacher and a NeuroMindfulness Master Coach, bringing extensive expertise in life-changing mindfulness practices. She co-founded The Mindful Facilitator program aiming to foster a culture of mindful leadership. In her early career, Liliana distinguished herself in the world of finance, holding significant management roles for a decade. Her passion for the mind-body connection led her to transition, establishing herself as a pioneer in the wellbeing industry over the subsequent 18 years of entrepreneurship . Liliana's academic background centers in Economics, holding a Master's degree in International Relations. Also, she became an Integrative Health Coach, graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.

Mindfulness Teacher Maria Teresa Chietera

Maria is an ICF PCC & Mentor Coach and Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher based in London. Her passion lies in providing holistic support to individuals and teams on their journey toward self-awareness while enabling self-sustainable change. She co-founded 'The Mindful Facilitator,' a learning journey to empower coaches and leaders with mindfulness tools. Before establishing her Coaching and Mindfulness company in 2022, Maria worked as a Data Scientist and Senior Agile Coach at companies such as Snap Inc., eBay Kleinanzeigen, and Adevinta. She has a scientific background, holding an MSc in Computer Science specialising in Artificial Intelligence.
