Highlights of the course

Recent Neuroscience Research & Ancient Practices

Breathing is the only body function that is both involuntary and voluntary, and constitutes a gateway between the body and the mind. Breathing practices are a very effective set of tools to manage our level of energy, stress, emotions, focus, cognitive performance.

Breathing practices have been developed by ancient Yogis thousands of years ago, and we now understand their scientific basis.

In this online self-paced course, Arnaud Complainville, PhD, Breath Coach and former business executive, will cover the most recent neuroscience research on breathing practices, and guide you through the main practices that will become part of your daily toolkit to master your body and mind.
