Smartphone - friend or enemy?

Well...it's a little bit more complex than that! Smartphones are a key part of our lives, some say we perceive them as an extension of our body

Our reliance on them has increased significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Although they brought of lot to our lives in terms of productivity, ease of communication and entertainment, they also have a dark side since they can generate a very powerful addiction that has negative consequences on our cognitive performance and our emotional well-being.
